eccodes (2.30.2-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * ecCodes now only builds on 64-bit archs.
  * Don't use FAST_BIGENDIAN code; it breaks on s390x due to const double
    constraints
  * Rebuild for gfortran-13 (dh-fortran-mod >= 0.28)
