* Team upload.
* d/gbp.conf: add file and change main branch to 'debian/master'
* d/control: correct wrong Maintainer team name.
* d/control: build using the generic pybuild pyproject plugin.
* d/control, d/tests: make sure the upstream testsuite runs on all available
python versions.
* d/control: Standard-Versions bump to 4.6.1. No changes.
