    - The history history backend has been completely rewritten. It now uses
      SQLite as the storage medium, and can keep your browsing history
      indefinitely (so gone is the 10-day limit)
    - Several bug fixes
  * debian/control.in: Build-depend on libsqlite3-dev
  * debian/90_extensions_menu.patch: Dropped, applied upstream
