  * New upstream release.
  * debian/control
    - Use the new "Homepage:" field to specify the upstream URL.
    - The Vcs-* fields are now officially supported, so remove the XS- prefix.
  * SONAME bump as ABI has changed. Rename package libexempi2 to libexempi3.
