    Session Manager
    - Provide a CanShutdown D-Bus method so that other apps are able to
      query session manager if it's a Shutdown D-Bus call is possible
    - Fix a crasher in a debut output
    - Check if VT is available before adding "Switch user" button
    - Use the right icon names for logout and shutdown
    - Dither splash background for 16bpp display users
    Session Properties Capplet
    - Sort applications by name
    - Remove debug message
    - Properly escape application descriptions
