Remaining changes: + Import plugins from -bad that are needed for main applications. - jpegformat - camerabin2 (+ basecamerabinsrc + photography) + Break and Replace -bad versions which contained these plugins. + Add a library package containing the shared library and a -dev package for compiling against it.
