+ The faad plugin is named "libfaad", not "faad".

* debian/patches/02_av_picture_copy.patch:
+ Patch from Bugzilla to use av_picture_copy() instead of swscale
as this is faster and swscale is overkill at those places.
* debian/patches/03_disable-aac.patch:
+ Disable AAC decoders as they don't work well and the one from
gst-plugins-bad works far better.
* debian/patches/04_disable-mpegts.patch:
+ Disable both mpegts demuxers instead of only one and don't
register a typefinder for this as they don't work well.
