* New upstream release
o GIT snapshot from 17 February 2009 (upstream version 0.6.19).
o If the added printer is the first one, make it the default printer.
o USB handling improvements
o Queue disabling when disconnecting a printer is more reliable now,
especially HP printers which need firmware files do not get disabled
immediately after connecting them now.
o Print queues are now only set up automatically if there is an exact
driver match and in case of HP printers no proprietary plugin needs
to get downloaded.Otherwise a notification pops up and the user can
set up and tyhe user can set up the printer interactively with
system-config-printer.
o bug fixes.
* debian/patches/01_interpreter_path.patch: Regenerated.
* debian/rules: Let only low-level USB (not the "usblp" kernel module)
trigger hal_lpadmin, so that it does not get started twize on the same
new printer.
* debian/control: This version of hal-cups-utils needs at least
python-cupshelpers 1.1.3+git20090217.
