  * Merge newer debian version:
    - tighten build-depends/depends on libpq-dev to at least 8.1, since
      8.1 is the default in edgy.
  * Update build-depends of ghc6 to match new version.
  * Patch Setup.lhs in SQLite, SQLite3, MySQL and PostgreSQL directories
    to match new cabal semantics. Patches are from 1.7 version of
    hsql. See also debian/ubuntu-patches/* for details.
  * Updated debian/ghc-pkg for ghc 6.4.2.
