  * Added:
    - kubuntu_401_plasma_taskbar_multirow.diff which adds multirow
      support to the taskbar - from KDE trunk (4.1)
    - kubuntu_402_plasma_only_desktop_tasks.diff to add a feature to only
      show tasks from the current desktop in the taskbar - from KDE trunk (4.1)
  * Renamed:
    - kubuntu_54_improve_kickoff_button_highlight.diff to
      kubuntu_403_improve_kickoff_button_highlight.diff since it got removed
      from KDE's stable branch
    - 07_kdmrc_defaults.diff to kubuntu_07_kdmrc_defaults.diff, since I did
      changes to integrate better with Kubuntu
    - 08_genkdmconf.diff to kubuntu_08_genkdmconf.diff, since it now sets
      the KDE 4 default wallpaper as background for KDM
  * Changed genkdmconf in kdm-kde4.init to it's absolute path
  * Fixed user icon in KDM
