  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - libkf5globalaccel-bin B/R libkf5globalaccel-data (<< 5.77.0-3~)
    - Disable testsuite.
    - Add 0001-Revert-systemd-dbus-activation.patch
      Work around KDE Bug 429415, thanks to Fabian Vogt from OpenSuse.
    - Update lintian overrides.
