  * riscv64 Launchpad build failed due to symbols. Extracted patch from build
    log, edited it:
      - s/^+#MISSING: <version># /+ /
      - s/^+ _/+ (optional)_/
    This makes all symbols which are different on riscv64 compared to
    the other architectures optional.
  * Updated debian/NEWS.
