  * debian/{control,rules,compat,*.install}: Build for Multi-arch, fix
    CFLAGS handling
  * debian/libgphoto2-2-dev.install:
    - drop use of {}, since it is not technically supported.
  * debian/patches/71_format-security.patch: fix missing "%s" in printf().

  * debian/rules: pass an explicit -X option to dh_makeshlibs so that modules
    don't get included in the symbols file; not sure why the behavior here
    is different for multiarch paths vs. non-multiarch paths, but it is, so
    work around this.
