  * New upstream version:
    libgweather
    - Fixes weather information not showing up in the clock applet
    - Add translator comment
    - Use a new Locations.xml.in parser
    - Add GWeatherTimezone type to represent a timezone
    - Add GWeatherLocation type to represent a location. It will eventually
      replace WeatherLocation
    - Add new GWeatherLocationEntry widget to select a location
    - Add new GWeatherTimezoneMenu widget to select a timezone
    Locations.xml
    - Completely reworked
     - the file can be easily regenerated with some scripts
     - every <location> node is inside a <city> node with a real city name
     - we should have better & more consistent data now
    - Add information about timezones
  * debian/control.in:
    - use libsoup and not libgnomevfs
  * debian/rules:
    - updated shlibs version
