  [ gregor herrmann ]
  * Update 'DEB_BUILD_MAINT_OPTIONS = hardening=+bindnow' to '=+all'.

  [ Jenkins ]
  * Bump debhelper from old 12 to 13.
  * Update standards version to 4.5.1, no changes needed.

  [ gregor herrmann ]
  * Import upstream version 2.0207+dfsg.
  * Devel::CheckLib is removed, delete references in debian/*.
  * Drop fail-build-no-libxml2.patch, not applicable anymore.
  * Add new patch to avoid new Alien::* build dependencies.
  * debian/rules: move SKIP_SAX_INSTALL.
    It's not an ExtUtils::MakeMaker parameter but an environment variable for
    Makefile.PL.
  * Update years of packaging copyright.
  * Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.6.0.

libxml-libxml-perl: Perl interface to the libxml2 library

 XML::LibXML is a Perl interface to the GNOME libxml2 library, which provides
 interfaces for parsing and manipulating XML files. This module allows Perl
 programmers to make use of the highly capable validating XML parser and the
 high performance Document Object Model (DOM) implementation. Additionally, it
 supports using the XML Path Language (XPath) to find and extract information.
