  * New minor updates upstream release 2.27.
    + Updated Turkish translation.
    + Allow the user to specify a numeric IPv6 address in the
      dns-over-https box.
  * Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.6.1. (No changes needed.)
  * Update lintian overrides to new format.
  * Add some lintian overrides for obvious false positives of
    very-long-line-length-in-source-file.

 In graphics mode it displays PNG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, and XBM pictures, runs
 external bindings on other types, and features anti-aliased font, smooth
 image zooming, 48-bit dithering, and gamma and aspect ratio correction.
