  * New upstream version from OpenBSD CVS repository.
  * send.c: treat messages which contain only a new line sign as empty
    messages (closes: #355545).
  * Fix ` debian-rules-ignores-make-clean-error' lintian warning.
  * Bump debhelper compat mode to v6.
