  * Add debian/patches/no-neon-or-softfp-on-arm:
    - Remove the configure test that was unconditionally enabling
      NEON extensions, as well as setting -mfloat-abi=softfp
  * Allow use of thumb2 on armel and armhf, as it's our default.
