  * include a /etc/default/nagios-nrpe-server where variables
    such as DAEMON_OPTS can be set (closes: #396709).
  * bump standards version to 3.7.2
  * add pre-depends on adduser
  * LSB-ize init script, and add dependency on lsb-base
