* Merge with Debian unstable, remaining changes:
- debian/{rules,*.symbols.in}: Add symbols files for libpcre{,16,32}.
- debian/rules: Enable parallel builds via DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS.
- debian/libpcre{16,32}-3.symbols: Apply same JIT hack as for libpcre3.
