  * Backport of version 1.54 from maverick to lucid. Version 1.54 was released
    in May 2010 and includes important new features, such as a phylogenetic
    module and the ability to read and write SFF format files, as well as
    a long list of improvements and bug-fixes. (Closes LP: #589095)
