* New upstream release
* Drop all patches: all are now integrated upstream (Thanks Sébastien!)
* Drop debian/rrdweather.conf and debian/rrdweather_cron.sh: integrated
upstream
* update debian/rules: no more dpatch and upstream files are now in a
files directory
* Bump standard to 3.8.0 (no changes needed)
* Move Homepage to it's own field
