  * Team upload.
  * New upstream release.
    - fixes bump_b1.grf tests. Closes: #932777.
      Drop debian patch skip_failing_tests.patch.
  * skip build-time tests if nocheck is set in DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS
  * drop VERSION,RELEASE,PATCHLEVEL from debian Makefile.inc files
    (VERSION is defined in src/Makefile)
    - update debian patch build-fixes.patch to build metis and
      esmumps component libraries with soname VERSION. Closes: #940176.
  * drop -I/usr/include/mpi from CFLAGS_COMMON in debian/rules
    (defunct non-multiarch path, and MPI path is now provided by mpicc)
  * ignore missing OpenFabrics transports in debian/tests
    (set MCA btl_base_warn_component_unused to 0)
  * Standards-Version: 4.4.1
