  * New upstream release.
    - Included dpatch again and add 01-gcc43-ftbfs-fix.dpatch.
  * Reorder odd dh_installdeb call and do not permit dh_makeshlibs to modify
    the maintainer scripts.
    Thanks lintian.
  * Added DM-Upload-Allowed control field.
  * Bumped Standards-Version to 3.8.0.
    - Added README.source.
