tzdata (2023a-0ubuntu0.22.10.0) kinetic; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release (LP: #2012599)
    - Egypt now uses DST again, from April through October.
    - This year Morocco springs forward April 23, not April 30.
    - Palestine delays the start of DST this year.
    - Much of Greenland still uses DST from 2024 on.
  * No ICU data update yet as none is yet available upstream.
  * Build timezones that differ pre-1970 (LP: #2003797)
  * Generate debconf templates with Python
  * Test convert_timezone for consistency
  * Test timezones using Python's zoneinfo module
  * Test debconf configuration with autopkgtest
  * d/tzdata.config: Use convert_timezone from 2023g-1
  * Update debconf template and translations to 2023a-1
  * Fix configuration failure with relative /etc/localtime symlink
  * Fix updating obsolete timezone if only /etc/localtime is present
