  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.8 (no changes needed).
  * Use Tk/Tcl 8.6 which are defaults in stretch (Closes: #821878).
  * Use hardening options.
  * Drop menu file basing on tech-ctte decision on #741573.
