  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Fix "FTBFS: gcc: error: unrecognized option '-V'":
    + update debian/rules:
      - use quilt and dh-autoreconf debhelper plugins
      - let dh(1) handle the rest
    + update build dependencies accordingly
    (Closes: #666290)
