osmocom-bsc 1.0.0-2ubuntu2 (ppc64el binary) in ubuntu disco
This is the BSC-only version of OpenBSC. It requires a Mobile Switching Center
(MSC) to operate.

"GSM Network-in-a-Box" and does not depend on a MSC.
