    - Explicitly disable the testsuite as it requires accessing the internet,

    - Swap Maintainer and Uploaders as the latter can support multiple "people".
    - Bump Standards-Version to 4.3.0.
    - Add myself to Uploaders.
    - wrap-and-sort -sa.
