- Fix crashes with the /proc/acpi fallback code. This should
resolve occaisional crashes when the HAL daemon isn't running.
- Fix the order of the list of translatable files so they get translated.

Weather Applet:
- Added White Rock to the locations
- Make the preferences dialog resizeable to make navigating the
