- d/p/fix-ar-command.patch: Fix ar command arguments to be cq instead of
clq, since the "l" argument was previously unused in binutils and has a
new meaning in 2.36 that leads to an FTBFS.
- d/rules: Use TIRPC to fix FTBFS with libtirpc-dev providing the RPC
library.
