  * d/linux-firmware-raspi.{preinst,postinst,postrm} Re-write diversion
    handling logic. The previous handling was neither idempotent nor did it
    gracefully handle failure scenarios (LP: #1961185)
  * d/diversions: Add diversions for bluez-firmware blobs (LP: #1962001)
