Change logs for pytest source package in Jammy

  * d/patches:
    + Apply upstream patches to fix python 3.10 tests
      test_errors_in_xfail_skip_expressions-for-Python
    + Apply upstream patch to fix test_trial_error test
  * d/rules:
    + Remove skip of no_python_sourcecode and
      test_trial_error no longer needed

    + Run the unittests autopkgtest with restrictions: allow-stderr
  * Skip no_python_sourcecode and not test_trial_error tests failing
