  * New maintainer. (Closes: #394092)
  * Upstream is the same as Debian maintainer.
    Therefore, build a native Debian package.
  * Update Standards-Version to 3.7.2.
  * New FSF address in COPYRIGHT and debian/copyright.
  * Conform to policy by using "-Wall -g -O2" as CFLAGS.
