  * Drop obsolete README.Debian-source; move non-obsolete info to
    libspf2-dev.README.Debian.
  * debian/libspf2.ver: Explicitly unhide certain special symbols that
    became hidden on the mips and mipsel architectures but nowhere else,
    causing a FTBFS.
