myspell-lv 0.9.4-3 (i386 binary) in ubuntu precise
This dictionary contains Latvian wordlists for the MySpell
spellchecker currently supported by Mozilla and OpenOffice,
plus a Latvian hyphenation pattern for OpenOffice.

free solution at this moment.
