Change logs for libgd2 source package in Raring

libgd2 (2.0.36~rc1~dfsg-6.1ubuntu1) raring; urgency=low

  * Resynchronise with Debian.  Remaining changes:
    - Drop unnecessary gnulib build-dependency.
  * Dropped changes (not worth the delta given that dh-buildinfo is now
    multiarch-safe):
    - Drop the autogeneration of debian/control, since this gives us a
      build-dep on non-multiarch-safe dh-buildinfo and wrong versioned
      build-deps on d-shlibs and cdbs.

libgd2 (2.0.36~rc1~dfsg-6.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Support multi-arch: (closes: #652496)
    - Mark libgd2-xpm, libgd2-noxpm, libgd2-xpm-dev and libgd2-noxpm-dev
      as same.
    - Adjust d-shlibs and dh-buildinfo build-dependency.
  * Drop .la files.
