Command line and Emacs interface to GNU Libidn
GNU Libidn is a fully documented implementation of the Stringprep,
Punycode and IDNA specifications. Libidn's purpose is to encode and
decode internationalized domain names. The Nameprep, XMPP, SASLprep,
and iSCSI profiles are supported.
