* Don't install the extension and make xul-ext-ubufox an empty package
for now, as there's no functionality we need to keep post-Firefox 57.
This may be resurrected in the future for restart notifications.

* New upstream release
- Ship a signed copy of the fully reviewed addon
- Don't monkey-patch buildHelpMenu in Firefox
- Move description localizations to install.rdf (the recommended way)
- Remove <em:unpack>true</em:unpack> from the install.rdf. The addon
doesn't need to be unpacked, and we install it packed in the packaging
anyway

- Delete the plugin installer wizard implementation and associated code.
Upstream have disabled PFS and removed their plugin installer wizard now
- Drop the search engine defaults - these have moved to Firefox
