Change logs for eli source package in Warty

eli (4.4.0-15) unstable; urgency=low


  * Remove Build-Depends on libdnet-dev since linking
    with it is unnecessary. Build-Conflict with it until
    I've figured out how to remove the check cleanly from
    the configure script. Thanks to Aaron M. Ucko for
    noticing it. (Closes: #255898)
    (Note to self: Remove changes you tested and found bad
     immediately or they will eventually make it into the
