chemical MIME and file type support for desktops

 Chemical MIME type integration for KDE, GNOME and possibly ROX
 desktops, based on Henry Rzepa's list at http://www.ch.ic.ac.uk/chemime/.
 Support is granted for KDE 3.x, GNOME 2.x and freedesktop.org systems.
