* Set the date and time of patched files to the changelog's, and set
s-oscons.ads' date and time likewise, to limit date-related
reproducibility variations (s-oscons.ads' timestamp in particular ends
up encoded in .ali files).

gnat-mingw-w64 (19.2) unstable; urgency=medium
* Disable the ADA patches which are enabled by default since
gcc-6-source 6.2.1-3, but cause issues with the MinGW-w64 build
(Closes: #846737).
* Merge changes up to gcc-mingw-w64 19.2:
- enable libatomic;
- add more spelling fixes.
* Update debian/watch.

gnat-mingw-w64 (19.1) unstable; urgency=medium
* Merge changes up to gcc-mingw-w64 19.1:
- build with gcc-6;
- remove obsolete hardening overrides;
- disable package mangling in Launchpad;
- build-depend on libisl-dev instead of libcloog-isl-dev (Closes:
#833579);
- use a token for the GCC version in debian/control.
