Releasing 0.2.10, with faster article loading

The 0.2.10 version of Wikipedia Dump Reader features a faster article loading feature. This allows a much more pleasant experience, especially on large dump such as the one of English language. Upgrading the index scheme only takes a few minutes on first launch and is highly recommended.
The tar archive should run out-of-the-box on most Linux computers. An Ubuntu package is also provided for even easier install on Ubuntu, and an experimental "alien"-converted RPM package is available for testing and feedback.
