Wingpanel available for testing and translation

It's a great day for Wingpanel - all know bugs are fixed and it's finally ready for wider testing!
It should be fully functional and quite polished, but we are still not sure how it behaves in weird window managers, in cases of long uptimes or if it handles multimonitor configurations well enough, so if you have one of these things, please give wingpanel a go and don't forget to report any issues you encounter at https:/
But the best testing is day-to-day use, of course!
