This is the first release which supports use of the Corpus Statitics database to do two very useful things:
- provide ranking of the different parses that link-grammar generates
- assign WordNet word senses
The .exe includes the required SQLite3 db engine, but 'disjuncts.20090430.db' statistics file needs to be downloaded separately.

See the 'corpus stats code mods.txt' file in the top of the code tree for a list of code changes.
Most of the work was tweaking the 'corpus.c' and 'cluster.c' files until MSVC compiled them without errors.
I moved those files and the 'sqlite3.c' and .h files into the main tree instead of their own /corpus directory.
