Xibo Server 1.2.0-rc1 Released

We're gearing up for the release of Xibo 1.2.0 stable series. 1.2.0-rc1 is the first release candidate in the series. We're hoping as many people as possible can test this release (not in production) so we can have iron out any problems ahead of the stable release.
