  * Add a test with two certs, the second of which is renewed.
  * Add a test that raises a FileNotFoundError.
  * Handle FileNotFoundError exceptions for check_call.
  * Explicitly call /usr/sbin/service.
  * Handle FileNotFoundError from all check_calls.
  * Ensure that FileNotFoundError is not used.
  * Remove use of FileNotFoundError as it is not available on Precise.
