Designate - Icehouse

#### INSTRUCTIONS ####

We depend on the Ubuntu Cloud Archive for Hanava, you MUST install that in addition to this PPA:

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install --yes ubuntu-cloud-keyring
$ echo "deb http://ubuntu-cloud.archive.canonical.com/ubuntu precise-updates/icehouse main" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cloud-archive-icehouse.list
$ sudo apt-get install --yes python-software-properties
$ sudo apt-add-repository --yes ppa:designate-ppa/icehouse
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get upgrade --yes
# When asked, DO NOT allow dbconfig to create the the powerdns database!
$ sudo apt-get install --yes rabbitmq-server pdns-server pdns-backend-mysql mysql-server
$ sudo apt-get install --yes designateclient designate-api designate-central
