Proposed updates and fixes to Ubuntu/Kubuntu, including problems solved by fellow colleagues at ThizLinux Software Co., Ltd.

Currently, it includes a test package related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kde-guidance/+bug/82279 which fixes kde-guidance's displayconfig resolution changing problem found in Kubuntu feisty, gutsy and hardy.
