Driver improvements for S3 savage
PPA description
This is a personal repository for changed/improved S3 Savage drivers for X.org, as well as related tools (like s3switch for output selection). If possible, I will try to make these packages usable for Ubuntu as well as Debian.
All files are used on your own risk. I recommend downloading them directly and using dpkg -i <package>.deb instead of adding this repository to apt sources.list.
Currently, the improvements contained in this driver are mainly related to correctly setting outputs like LCD, TV, CRT and allow well-scaled display of video on any of these. The usual limitation of video display on only one device still applies.
